This book contains pretty much all you need to know to get you going with a proper nutrition plan as well why proper nutrition is important. The author also has a website where he blogs about various things nutrition and health.

As for myself, I like to follow these simple rules in regards to my nutrition. I try to always cook my own food and I love exploring new and interesting recipes to cook which I add to Paprika.

I eat at least two salads every day and take few supplements. I track all the food I eat with MyFitnessPal.
