I exclude all foods that are not healthy and experiment with many vegan recipes from the many foods that are healthy. I follow a whole food, plant based diet.
Most of my diet consists of eating almonds, walnuts, blueberries, bananas and avocados. I try to eat a set of foods daily (300g blueberries, 2 avocados, 1 broccoli, 50g walnuts) at minimum (Daily Mix). Having it as a ready made recipe in Cronometer makes it easy to track too.
Aside from using Cronometer for food tracking, I use Paprika app to both store all my recipes & the foods I can eat sorted into categories (with top first). Here is how it looks:
