  1. Think it through.
  2. Ask myself why it is the way it is.
  3. Ask myself what am I missing and what I don't understand (tackle each dependency one by one).

Learn something

  1. Find what I want/need to learn. Ideally in context of a problem I want to solve.
  2. Read about it on wiki. Find the topic on Learn Anything and learn from best resources for deeper knowledge.

Make new Alfred workflow

  1. Follow making workflows outline.

Publish Alfred workflows

  1. Post the workflow on Alfred Forum.
  2. Heading (36 pt), Code | Download (26 pt) on the bottom. Example.

Write an article

  1. Collect notes and experiences.
  2. Write down main ideas I want to cover as bullet points.
  3. Write the article touching on all the main points.
  4. Refactor. Remove useless words and irrelevant pieces. Publish.

Morning routine

  1. Brush teeth and moisturise face.
  2. Start working on the first event from my Calendar. Focus.

Evening routine

  1. Brush teeth, moisturise face and take shower.
  2. Plan the day ahead in context of my Focus board estimates.
  3. Go to sleep before 11 pm. Ideally.

Week review in looking back

  1. Add snapshot of Timing & Wakatime. Evaluate. See what can be improved.
  2. Add images from Instagram to Photos.
  3. Go through Autolog in Day One and move entries to appropriate journals.

Month review in looking back

  1. Add Timing (monthly view).
  2. Write summary. Evaluate. See what can be improved.

Start new week

  1. Set projects I want to focus on this week in Focus. Set time estimates.

Start new month

  1. Create new entry in looking back.
  2. Add link to music listened (Artists, Tracks, Albums from & Twitter monthly tweets.
